컨설턴트 (Consultant)
원하는 인재상
● 기업 교육, 리더십, 개인평가, 코칭 등에
관심과 열정을 갖고 있는 사람
● 주도적으로 맡은 바 책임을 다하는 사람
● 모르는 것이 있더라도 끝까지 파고들어
해결하고자 하는 역량이 있는 사람
● 기본적인 외국 교안을 습득할 수 있는 사람
● 대학원 석사학위 이상(심리학, 교육공학 등 우대)
Responsibilities
Leadership Consulting
• Expertly advises clients in designing, implementing,
and managing leadership initiatives for selection,
development and succession management.
• Details learning strategies and stands as a technical expert
in designing leadership assessment and development programs
• Creatively integrates assessment and development options across
the leadership pipeline based upon client needs
(i.e.,serves as a solutions architect)
• Facilitates leadership training programs
and demonstrates flexibility across audience levels.
• Provide input to internal & client facing pre-sales activities
(i.e. proposal input, contributing to presentations,
project scoping and contracting)
Business Advisor
• Engages with clients to gain a deep understanding
of their business strategies, priorities, and industry drivers
to determine key leadership needs
• Demonstrates current market knowledge related
to digital leadership, agile leadership, change management,
diversity and inclusion, women in leadership, transforming
organizations, role transitions and common leadership
pitfalls and energizing millennials.
• Tenaciously runs towards and puts energy into sustainable growth for DDI.
• Translates expertise into meaningful customer-centered
points of views to provide both insights and foresight
around key business and talent needs.
• Frequent conference calls between Global Project
Management team from HQ of DDI and clients modest overseas trip
to attend training or attend international conferences
